Our collaborative and close-knit team is currently looking for a part-time experienced project coordinator/office administrator. The position plays a vital role in our organization as they will undertake administrative tasks and work directly in support to the design and fulfillment teams.

All qualified candidates will have the following essential duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Support Principle Designer / Design team
  • Support Fulfillment team
  • Assist in client Presentation Design
  • Create and maintain all client files and databases
  • Maintain material library
  • Coordinate project deliverables
  • Oversee general firm operations
  • Must have car
